By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Rawa Toast Main Ingredients Semolina (rawa/suji), Bread slices Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 100 grams semolina (rawa) Salt to taste ½ cup yogurt 1 small onion, chopped 1 medium tomato, chopped 1 medium green capsicum, chopped 2-3 fresh red chillies, chopped 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves 4 white bread slices 1 tablespoon butter Grated cheese as required White sesame seeds as required Tomato ketchup to serve Method Add rawa, salt and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Add onion, tomato, capsicum, red chillies and coriander. Mix well. Take a white bread slice, add a portion of the mixture and spread it evenly on all sides. Set aside. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, melt it and add a bread slice with mixture side facing up. Add cheese and white sesame seeds. Flip and cook till golden brown on both the sides. Transfer rawa toasts on a serving plate.
