Ingredients for Red Wine Syllabub Recipe

  • Red wine 8-10 tablespoons

  • Liquid sweetened whipping cream 1 cup

  • Lemon 1

  • Fresh strawberries hulled 16

  • Readymade brownie pieces 4

  • Orange segments a few for garnish

  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Method

Step 1

Take whipping cream in a mixing bowl and beat for 4-5 minutes. Grate the zest of the lemon into it and continue to beat.

Step 2

Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the bowl. Add red wine and whisk till soft peaks are formed.

Step 3

Roughly chop strawberries.

Step 4

Place 1 brownie piece on each serving plate and top it with cream mixture. Garnish with strawberries, orange segments and dust some cocoa powder on top and serve immediately.
