Add cinnamon and stir. Cook till it thickens and rice is done.Heat another non stick pan, add figs, dates and ½ cup water, mix well and cook. Add lemon rind and mix well. Cook till soft and dry. Discard cinnamon from rice mixture and add sugar. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.Mash figs and dates lightly. Take off rice-milk mixture from heat and add rose water. Mix well.Put rice-milk mixture into individual bowls. Place 2 tbsps of cooked dried fruits on top. Serve warm or chilled.
