Ingredients list for Rose Coconut Cooler

  • 6 teaspoons Rose syrup
  • 1 cup Tender coconut water chilled
  • 12-15 Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Lemons cut into small cubes
  • to taste Salt
  • for garnish Tender coconut flesh (malai)
  • as required Drinking soda

Method

  1. Combine mint leaves, lemon cubes and a little coconut water in a Boston shaker.
  2. Muddle all the ingredients with a muddler. Add rose syrup and remaining coconut water, cover and shake well.
  3. Rim individual glasses with salt and pour the prepared drink into them. Cut coconut flesh into triangles, make a little slit on one side and fix one triangle on the rim of each glass.
  4. Top the drink with soda and serve chilled.
