Add honey, rose syrup and whip again. Add gulkand, dried rose petals and mix well. Place vanilla ice cream in a big bowl and add the above mixture to it and mix well. Pour into a plastic ice cream box and close the lid. Keep it in the freezer to set completely. Scoop out into individual bowls and serve.
