Ingredients list for Rose Sandesh

  • 2 litres Milk
  • a few drops Rose water
  • 1 cup Whey (to curdle milk)
  • 1 cup Sugar substitute sucralose
  • 15-20 Pistachios blanched

Method

  1. Take cow’s milk in a deep pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, add whey and keep stirring till the milk curdles completely.
  3. Strain through a muslin cloth and immediately place the muslin potli on ice to stop the cooking process.
  4. Squeeze to remove the excess moisture.
