  • 16-18 Golden Dried Apricots
  • 1/2 cup Dark Rum
  • 4-5 tablespoons Cheese spread
  • 16-18 Sweet and salty biscuits
  • 16-18 Spicy fried cashewnuts
  • for garnishing Fresh parsley sprigs

Method

  1. Pour rum into a bowl, add apricots and let them soak till they are moist.
  2. Fill a piping bag with cheese spread.
  3. Drain the apricots and put them into another bowl.
  4. Pipe out cheese spread on sweet and salty biscuits, place drained apricots over them, pipe out some more cheese spread on top, place spicy fried cashewnuts over and garnish with parsley sprigs.
  5. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve immediately.
