Fill a piping bag with cheese spread. Drain the apricots and put them into another bowl. Pipe out cheese spread on sweet and salty biscuits, place drained apricots over them, pipe out some more cheese spread on top, place spicy fried cashewnuts over and garnish with parsley sprigs.
