By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Nov 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Sago (sabudana), Oil Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sabudana Vada-SK Khazana 2 cups Sago (sabudana) soaked for 8 hours and drained for deep-frying Oil 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts crushed 1 tablespoon Ginger-green chillies paste 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice to serve Green coconut chutney to serve Lemon wedges Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take sago in a bowl, add potatoes, peanuts, ginger-green chilli paste, coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice and mix well. Divide the sago mixture into equal portions, shape into balls and flatten them lightly between your palms to make vadas. Put the vadas in hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
