Stir continuously till sugar dissolves. Transfer into a bowl and cool. Add cream and mix well. Soften gelatine in four tablespoons of hot water and stir till dissolved. Pass it through a strainer into the milk and mix well. Pour into bowls or glasses. Place them in the refrigerator to set.
