Drain. Heat 4 cups in a deep non stick pan, add sago and cook till translucent. Drain well and set aside to cool completely. Halve the melon and scoop out small balls and place them in a deep glass bowl. Add sago, fresh coconut milk and sugar and mix well. Add ice cubes and mix. Pour into individual stemmed glasses. Drizzle 1 tbsp rose syrup on each glass and serve chilled.
