Ingredients list for Salami Cheese Sandwich-SK Khazana

  • 16 Chicken salami
  • 3/4 cup Cheese spread
  • 8 Brown bread slices
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Pickled gherkins chopped
  • 8-10 Fresh basil leaves shredded
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Butter
  • as required Iceberg lettuce leaves torn
  • 1 Large onion cut into thin strips
  • 12-14 Cherry tomatoes sliced
  • For topping Micro greens

Method

  1. Mix together cheese spread, paprika, gherkins, basil leaves and salt in a bowl.
  2. Spread some butter and spoonful of cheese mixture on each bread slice. Place some lettuce leaves and 4 salamis on 4 bread slices.
  3. Sprinkle some salt and paprika, top with some onion strips and some cherry tomato slices.
  4. Sprinkle some more salt, top with some micro greens and cover with remaining bread slices.
  5. Cut into triangles and serve.
