By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Samosa Sandwich Main Ingredients Samosas, White bread slices Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 4 readymade samosas 8 white bread slices 8 teaspoons butter + to toast 8 teaspoons green chutney 2 medium onions, cut into rings 2 medium tomatoes, sliced Salt to taste 4 cheese slices Tamarind chutney to drizzle Nylon sev to sprinkle Freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnish Method Apply butter on bread slices followed by green chutney. Press the samosas lightly and place on 4 bread slices. Place a few onion rings and tomato roundels. Sprinkle salt and place a slice of cheese and cover with the remaining bread slices. Heat a non-stick tawa. Add some butter, place the prepared sandwiches and apply some more butter on top. Cook till golden brown and crisp on both the sides. Cut into quarters. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney. Sprinkle sev and coriander leaves.
