Ingredients list for Samosa Tarts
- 8 Wantons Sheets
- 2-3 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Salt
- 50 grams Processed cheese
- for garnishing Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Mash potatoes into a bowl.
- Add cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste and mashed potatoes to the pan and mix.
- Place wanton sheets in silicon muffin moulds and place them in an air fryer and cook at 180º C for 2-3 minutes to make tart shells.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt to the pan and mix well. Transfer the potato mixture into another bowl. Cool down to room temperature.
- Remove baked tart shells from the moulds and fill each of them with some of the potato mixture.
- Grate cheese into another bowl and sprinkle over the potatoes in each tart shell.
- Arrange them on a serving plate, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
