By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Orange juice, Orange segments Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Santra Basundi 1/2 cup Orange juice 12-15 Orange segments Milk 1 litre 1 cup Condensed milk 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder Method Heat milk in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and stir continuously till reduced. Remove from heat, cool and transfer into a bowl. Add condensed milk and mix. Add cardamom powder and orange juice and mix well. Add orange segments reserving some for garnishing and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
