Ingredients for Santra Basundi Recipe

  • Orange juice 1/2 cup

  • Orange segments 12-15

  • Milk 1 litre

  • Condensed milk 1 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

Heat milk in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and stir continuously till reduced. Remove from heat, cool and transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Add condensed milk and mix. Add cardamom powder and orange juice and mix well.

Step 3

Add orange segments reserving some for garnishing and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Put few reserved orange segments in the bottom of a serving glass, put some basundi and serve.
