Heat a non-stick tawa, add 2 tbsps butter and when it melts add 2 kebabs, and cook rotating them till evenly golden on all sides. Drain onto a plate. Keeping some of the egg mixture back, pour the rest on the same tawa and spread it evenly. Keep 2 white bread slices on the eggs side by side and press slightly. Cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Flip, place the kebabs in the center, fold the omelette on the kebabs. Dip 2 white bread slices in leftover egg mixture and place over omelette taking care that they are exactly over the earlier placed slices.
