Ingredients list for Sheer Payara
- 1 cup Sugar
 - 1 1/2 cups Milk powder
 - to grease Butter
 - 1 tablespoon Rose water
 - 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
 - 1/4 cup Walnuts and almonds , chopped
 - to garnish Pistachios , chopped
 - 1 tablespoon Sultanas , chopped
 
Method
- Grease a burfi tray with ghee, line with butter paper.
 - Heat a deep-pan, add sugar and water and bring the mixture to a boil. Simmer, stirring continuously, till the syrup reaches one string consistency.
 - Remove the pan from heat and add rose water, green cardamom powder, walnuts, almonds and milk powder and mix well.
 - Pour the mixture into the greased tray and spread evenly. Sprinkle pistachios and sultanas and set aside to cool for about an hour.
 - When the fudge cools, cut into pieces of your preferred shape, remove from tray and serve.
