Put the pulp of custard apple in a blender jar and grind to a smooth puree. Take yogurt in a mixing bowl, add fresh cream, condensed milk and custard apple puree and whisk well. Pour sufficient water into a deep baking tray to make water bath. Place 4 earthen bowls in and pour the custard apple mixture into them. Cover them with aluminium foil. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove for oven and keep the earthen bowls in the refrigerator to chill for 3-4 hours.
