Ingredients list for Sitaphal Ice Cream - SK Khazana

  • 1 cup Custard apple pulp
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Castpr sugar
  • 3/4 cup Milk powder
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup Milk

Method

  1. Blend together custard apple pulp, condensed milk, castor sugar, milk powder, cream and milk in a blender till smooth.
  2. Pour this mixture into an airtight container, put on the lid and freeze till set.
  3. Put scoops in individual serving bowls and serve.
