This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jul 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Soya Granules, Tomato Puree Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Soya Delight 500 grams Soya Granules 2 medium Tomato Puree 2-3 medium Potatoes, peeled 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Butter to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Black peppercorns, crushed 1 cup Tomato puree 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 2-3 Green chilli, chopped Method Slice onions. Slice potatoes and soak them in a bowl of water. Lightly coat the sides of a microwave safe bowl with a little oil and butter. Arrange the potatoes and onions, sprinkle salt, ½ tsp red chilli powder and crushed black peppercorns on top. Place soya granules over the mixture and spread evenly. Pour tomato puree on top of the mixture. Sprinkle some of the remaining red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, remaining oil and butter, cumin powder, coriander leaves and repeat all the above once. Add green chillies to it. Cover the bowl with cling film, make a few holes with a sharp knife and keep it in a microwave. Cook for 15-18 minutes. Remove from the microwave, mix everything lightly and serve hot.
