Ingredients list for Spice Cookie of the Salt
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 7 tablespoons Yogurt
Method
- Preheat the oven at 160c. In a large bowl mix together atta, besan, salt, sugar and olive oil and mix with finger tips.
- Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and yogurt and mix well to form a dough. Divide into equal size balls.
- Press each ball between your palms lightly in such a way that every piece should be about one forth inch thickness and a diameter of one inch.
- Bake it in preheated oven for twenty five minutes or till it gets golden brown in color. Serve hot.
