Ingredients list for Spice Cookie of the Salt

  • 2 cups Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 7 tablespoons Yogurt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 160c. In a large bowl mix together atta, besan, salt, sugar and olive oil and mix with finger tips.
  2. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and yogurt and mix well to form a dough. Divide into equal size balls.
  3. Press each ball between your palms lightly in such a way that every piece should be about one forth inch thickness and a diameter of one inch.
  4. Bake it in preheated oven for twenty five minutes or till it gets golden brown in color. Serve hot.
