Spinach Lasagna This lasagna is packed with nutrients that make it both healthy and tasty too – enjoy. Blanched spinach leaves layered between lasagna sheets and baked. This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Aug 2018 in Recipes Veg New Update Spinach Lasagna Main Ingredients Spinach, Lasagna sheets Cuisine Italian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 1/2 cups spinach, blanched 6 lasagna sheets 5-6 garlic cloves 3/4 cup brown rice, cooked Salt to taste 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 6 tablespoons sweet red chilli sauce 5 tablespoons grated processed cheese 100 grams mozzarella cheese 8-9 fresh basil leaves Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Spread 2 lasagna sheets in a glass baking dish. Place spinach on the worktop. Keep the garlic cloves over it and chop finely. Transfer into a bowl, add rice and salt and mix well. Add olive oil and mix well. Spread 2 tablespoons chilli sauce and some spinach mixture on the lasagna sheets in the baking dish. Top with 2 tablespoons grated processed cheese. Place 2 lasagna sheets on top, spread 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, 1 tablespoons processed cheese. Place 2 more lasagna sheets over the cheese and spread 2 tablespoons chilli sauce over them, Slice mozzarella cheese thinly and place half of them over the sauce. Spread remaining spinach mixture over the cheese. Place remaining lasagna sheets and top with remaining chilli sauce, remaining grated processed cheese, remaining mozzarella cheese slices and basil leaves. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for ½ hour.
