Steamed Seafood Packets Shrimps cooked with a choice of herbs packed in aluminium foil are irresistible. This recipe has featured on the show Khanakhazana. Mix together shrimps, mushrooms, green garlic, onion, salt, crushed black peppercorns and lemon juice. Take a piece of aluminium foil and shape into a packet. Fill it less than half with the shrimp mixture leaving top space empty for steam to accumulate. Fold and seal the top tightly so that the steam does not escape. Heat a griddle or pan and place the aluminium packets on it. Cook on low heat for five to six minutes. If cooking in a pan, you can add some water to it and the packets get steamed in waterbed. Serve in the aluminium packet itself so that it can be opened just before eating.
