Ingredients list for Stir Fried Beansprouts With Spring Onion Greens

  • 1 3/4 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 3 stalks Spring Onion Greens cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sesame oil (til oil)

Method

  1. Heat sesame oil in a non stick wok. Add garlic and sauté for ten seconds. Add bean sprouts and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add salt, sugar and spring onion greens. Sauté for 15 seconds. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
