Ingredients list for Strawberry Cream

  • 10-12 Fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry puree
  • 3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons Fresh cream
  • 1 1/2 tabl for piping Whipped cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • to garnish Strawberry fans

Method

  1. Take vanilla ice cream scoops in a bowl, add strawberry puree, powdered sugar, fresh cream, whipped cream and green cardamom powder and mix well.
  2. Put some chopped strawberries in each serving glass, pour some ice cream mixture, pipe a little whipped cream and repeat these layers once more.
  3. Garnish each glass with a strawberry fan and serve immediately.
