Heat a non-stick pan, add strawberries and 2 tbsps sugar, mix and cook till the strawberries are pulpy. Take the pan off the heat. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan and let it come to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add rice, mix well and cook till the rice is completely cooked. Add ½ cup sugar, mix well and cook on low heat, stirring continuously, for 4-5 minutes. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off the heat, add the strawberry compote and mix well.
