Halve the avocados, remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh into the blender jar. Add matcha powder, milk, a few ice cubes and ¼ cup chilled water and blend into a smooth mixture. For serving, slice banana and place them in a bowl. Pour the smoothie over them.
