Ingredients for Strawberry Soda Recipe

  • Strawberry syrup 10 tablespoons

  • Soda 1/2 cup + 1 cup

  • Fresh mint leaves a few

  • Salt a pinch

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish


Step 1

Pour strawberry syrup into a blender jar, add torn mint leaves, salt, lemon juice, ice cubes and ½ cup soda and blend well.

Step 2

Pour into individual glasses and top with remaining soda and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve chilled.
