Ingredients for Street Style Pizza Recipe

  • Readymade pizza bases 2

  • Pizza sauce 1/2 cup

  • Small onion roughly chopped 1

  • Small tomato roughly chopped 1

  • Sweetcorn kernels blanched 1/4 cup

  • Small green capsicum cut into roundels 1

  • Mixed dried herbs as required

  • Dried red chilli flakes as required

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala to sprinkle

  • Processed cheese grated as required


Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan and place a pizza base in it. When the underside gets heated through, flip it. Apply some pizza sauce on it evenly. Sprinkle some onion, some tomato, some sweetcorn and some capsicum roundels.

Step 2

Sprinkle dried mixed herbs, dried red chilli flakes, salt and chaat masala. Grate cheese on top, cover and cook till cheese melts. Make one more pizza similarly.

Step 3

Cut into wedges, place them on serving plates and serve hot.
