Stuffed Croissant Croissants stuffed with a flavourful chicken sausage mixture. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Oct 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Croissants, Chicken sausages Cuisine Fusion Course Breads Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Stuffed Croissant 2 large Croissants 4-5 Chicken sausages 2 tablespoons Oil 1 medium Onion chopped 2-3 medium Garlic cloves chopped to taste Salt 2-3 tablespoons Tomato puree 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns Parmesan cheese block Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and garlic and sauté. Add a little salt and sauté till onion changes colour. Chop sausages. Add tomato puree and sausages to the pan and mix well. Add parsley, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix again. Slit the croissants without cutting through and make a cavity in the centre. Stuff the croissants with the sausage mixture. Shave parmesan cheese and put over the mixture. Close the croissants.
