Ingredients for Sugar Paste Recipe

  • Icing sugar sifted 2 cups

  • Unflavoured Gelatine 3/4 teaspoon

  • Liquid glucose 2 tablespoons

  • Glycerine 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Dissolve gelatine in one tablespoon of warm water. Mix all the ingredients together and knead until soft. Use to cover Christmas and fruit cakes.
