This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Apr 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sweet corn kernels,boiled, Sweet corn ( cream style) Cuisine Chinese Course Soup Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Medium Others Veg Ingredients list for Sweet Corn Soup 1/2 cup Sweet corn kernels,boiled 2 cups Sweet corn ( cream style) 1 tablespoon Oil 1/4 small Cabbage 1/4 medium Carrot, finely chopped 4 cups Vegetable stock 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder to taste Salt 3 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch Method 1. Heat oil in a non stick wok. Grate cabbage and add to the hot oil. Add carrot and sauté on high heat for 1-2 minutes. 2. Add cream style sweet corn and mix well. Add 4 cups vegetable stock and mix and allow it to come to a boil. 3. Mix pepper powder in 2 tbsps water and add to the soup along with salt and mix well. 4. Add corn kernels and allow it to come to a boil again. Mix cornflour in 2 tbsps water and add to the soup and cook till it thickens.
