Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients 

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes washed
  • Sendha namak to taste
  • Oil for deep-frying

Method

  1. Take sufficient water in a large bowl, add sendha namak and mix well. Thinly slice sweet potatoes on a slicer and soak them in the slated water .
  2. Drain and place sweet potato slices on a muslin cloth and pat them dry. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the slices till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Transfer them into a serving bowl and serve.
