Ingredients for Tadgola Mojito - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Tadgolas 4 medium

  • Lemons cut into 20 cubes 2 1/2

  • Salt for rimming

  • Fresh mint leaves as required

  • Black salt (kala namak) as required

  • Sugar syrup 8 tablespoons

  • Ice cubes 16-20

  • Lemon slices 4 for garnish

Method

Step 1

For each portion, rub the rim of a serving jar with a lemon cube and dip in salt.

Step 2

Roughly chop ice apples and put them in the prepared serving jar. Add 4 lemon cubes, 15-20 mint leaves and black salt and muddle well with a muddler.

Step 3

Add 2 tbsps sugar syrup, 4-5 ice cubes and top up with water. Stir well with a straw.

Step 4

Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
