Ingredients

  • 1 medium ice apple (tadgola)
  • 4-5 lemon wedges
  • Salt for rimming
  • 15-20 mint leaves
  • A pinch of black salt
  • 2 tbsps sugar syrup
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Lemon slice for garnish

Method

  1. Rim a serving jar with a lemon wedge and dip in salt and set aside.
  2. Roughly chop tadgola and add them in the prepared serving jar. Add remaining lemon wedges, mint leaves, black salt, and muddle well using a muddler.
  3. Add sugar syrup, ice cubes and top up with water. Stir well with a straw.
  4. Garnish with lemon slice and serve immediately.
