By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Oct 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Broccoli, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 400 grams broccoli separated into florets and blanched ½ cup yogurt ½ cup processed cheese grated ¼ cup fresh cream 2 teaspoons green chilli paste ½ teaspoon white pepper powder ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder Salt to taste Method Mix together yogurt, processed cheese, fresh cream, green chilli paste, white pepper powder, green cardamom powder and salt in a bowl. Add broccoli and mix. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Place the florets on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
