Set aside to marinate for 5-10 minutes. To prepare 2nd marinade, take hung yogurt in a mixing bowl, add red chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, chaat masala, mustard oil, lemon juice and dried fenugreek leaves powder and mix well. Add salt and remaining chilli powder and mix well. Add the marinated chicken wings to the yogurt marinade and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with aluminium foil, grease it with some butter and place the marinated chicken wings on it. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, basting with some butter in between.
