Ingredients list for Tender Coconut Shikanji

  • 1 Tender Coconut Water
  • 2 cup Lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Shikanji masala

Method

  1. Pour tender coconut water into a large bowl. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon, honey, salt, black pepper powder, shikanji masala and mix well.
  2. Scoop out the malai from the tender coconut and add.
    Put a few ice cubes into the tender coconut shell, pour the shikanji into it and serve chilled.
