Ingredients list for Thai Style Chips

  • 3-4 Large potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons Coconut milk
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2-3 teaspoons Honey
  • to drizzle Lemon juice

Method

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges without peeling.
  2. Put Thai red curry paste, red chilli paste, salt and coconut milk in a bowl and mix well. Grate some zest of lemon into the bowl. Add potato wedges and mix till the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Add honey and mix well. Place these wedges in single file in air fryer basket and fry at 200º C for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180º C and fry for 5 minutes more.
  4. Transfer onto a serving plate drizzle a little lemon juice and serve hot.
