By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Theplas, Small carrot Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 8 theplas 1 small carrot, peeled 120 grams iceberg lettuce leaves 2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon chaat masala 1 lemon Chunda for drizzling Nylon sev for garnish Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish Method Thinly slice the carrot into thin strips. Shred iceberg lettuce leaves and cut potatoes into sticks. Transfer all of them in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, and squeeze lemon and mix well. Take one thepla and add a portion of the prepared mixture and drizzle chunda and on top. Place on a taco stand. Sprinkle sev and chopped coriander.
