Ingredients

  • 8 theplas
  • 1 small carrot, peeled
  • 120 grams iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon chaat masala 
  • 1 lemon
  • Chunda for drizzling
  • Nylon sev for garnish
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method

  1. Thinly slice the carrot into thin strips. Shred iceberg lettuce leaves and cut potatoes into sticks. Transfer all of them in a bowl.
  2. Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, and squeeze lemon and mix well.
  3. Take one thepla and add a portion of the prepared mixture and drizzle chunda and on top. Place on a taco stand.
  4. Sprinkle sev and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
