Halve the eggs and put into the grinder jar and grind into a coarse mixture. Transfer mixture into a mixing bowl. Strain excess liquid from tuna and add to the ground egg mixture. Grate potatoes into it.Add salt and mix well. Add schezwan chutney and mix well. Refrigerate the mixture till chilled. Grease your palms with oil. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Divide the tuna mixture into large equal portions and shape them into cakes. Place these cakes in the pan and shallow-fry, turning sides carefully, till evenly golden on both sides.
