Put remaining tuna into a bowl, add ground paste and mix well. Roughly chop remaining egg and add to the bowl and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator to chill. Roughly chop iceberg lettuce leaves. Place some of the egg mixture at one end of each tortilla, put chopped lettuce leaves over it and roll. Halve the rolls and place them on a serving plate, garnish with rocket leaves and serve immediately.
