Ingredients for Vegan Mayo - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Soy milk 1 cup

  • Oil 2 cups

  • Salt to taste

  • Mustard powder 2 teaspoons

  • Maple syrup 1 tablespoon

  • Applecider vinegar 1/2 tablespoon

  • Red radish slice for garnish

  • Micro green for garnish

  • Carrot medium, peeled and cut into thick strips 1

  • Beetroot medium, peeled and cut into thick strips 1

  • Celery stalks cut into 2 inch pieces 2

  • White radish medium, cut into thick strips 1


Step 1

Pour soy milk in a glass jarand blend with an electric hand blender.

Step 2

Addoil, a little at a time, and beat continuously till the mixture thickens.

Step 3

Add salt, mustard powder, maple syrup and vinegarand blend till well mixed. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with red radish slice and micro greensServe with carrots, beetroot, celery and radish or store in an airtight container.
