Ingredients list for Vegan Mayo - SK Khazana

  • 1 cup Soy milk
  • 2 cups Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Applecider vinegar
  • Red radish slice for garnish
  • Micro green for garnish
  • 1 Carrot medium, peeled and cut into thick strips
  • 1 Beetroot medium, peeled and cut into thick strips
  • 2 Celery stalks cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 White radish medium, cut into thick strips

Method

  1. Pour soy milk in a glass jarand blend with an electric hand blender.
  2. Addoil, a little at a time, and beat continuously till the mixture thickens.
  3. Add salt, mustard powder, maple syrup and vinegarand blend till well mixed. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with red radish slice and micro greensServe with carrots, beetroot, celery and radish or store in an airtight container.
