Ingredients
- 7-8 cauliflower florets, finely chopped
- 3-4 babycorn, finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and finely chopped
- 3-4 french beans stringed and finely chopped
- 3-4 potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
- 5-6 tablespoons pesto sauce
- Oil for deep-frying
- 3-4 tablespoons refined flour (maida)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder,
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
- Put cauliflower, babycorn, carrot and French beans in a bowl and mix. Add potatoes, refined flour, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Add pesto sauce and mix again.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions, flatten and make a dent in the centre. Deep-fry the rings in the hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
