By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Nov 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Vegetable Pesto Rings Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Babycorn Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starter Prep Time 10-15 minutes Cook time 10-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 7-8 cauliflower florets, finely chopped 3-4 babycorn, finely chopped 1 medium carrot, peeled and finely chopped 3-4 french beans stringed and finely chopped 3-4 potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 5-6 tablespoons pesto sauce Oil for deep-frying 3-4 tablespoons refined flour (maida) Salt to taste Black pepper powder, Method Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Put cauliflower, babycorn, carrot and French beans in a bowl and mix. Add potatoes, refined flour, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Add pesto sauce and mix again. Divide the mixture into equal portions, flatten and make a dent in the centre. Deep-fry the rings in the hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
