Ingredients 

    • 2 medium tomatoes
    • 4 medium carrots, halved 
    • 25-30 spinach leaves
    • 1 medium beetroot, peeled and boiled 
    • 2 medium apples
    • ½ medium pineapple, peeled and cut into strips
    • 10-12 fresh mint sprigs + for garnishing 
    • 2 inch ginger, peeled and sliced

    Method

    1. Halve tomatoes and cut apples into wedges. 
    2. Pass tomato, carrot, pineapple, spinach leaves, mint sprigs, ginger and beetroot through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar and mix well.
    3. Pour the juice into 4 individual glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
