Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 4 medium carrots, halved
- 25-30 spinach leaves
- 1 medium beetroot, peeled and boiled
- 2 medium apples
- ½ medium pineapple, peeled and cut into strips
- 10-12 fresh mint sprigs + for garnishing
- 2 inch ginger, peeled and sliced
Method
- Halve tomatoes and cut apples into wedges.
- Pass tomato, carrot, pineapple, spinach leaves, mint sprigs, ginger and beetroot through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar and mix well.
- Pour the juice into 4 individual glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
