Ingredients for Walnut Oatmeal Laddoos - SK Khazana Recipe

  • California walnuts 20-25

  • Oats roasted 3/4 cup

  • Seedless dates 15-18

  • Flax seed powder 3 tablespoons

  • Maple syrup 1 tablespoon

  • Honey 1 tablespoon

  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Blend together walnuts, seedless dates, oats and flax seeds powder in a food processor.

Step 2

Add maple syrup, honey and desiccated coconut. Blend again till it gets a lump like texture.

Step 3

Transfer the prepared mixture into a bowl. Divide into equal portions, shape into laddoos.

Step 4

Arrange the laddoos on a serving platter and serve.
