Ingredients for Walnut Praline - SK Khazana Recipe

  • California walnuts finely chopped 10-15

  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup

  • Castor sugar 1/2 cup

  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • Fresh cream 3/4 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Maple syrup 1 tablespoon

  • Butter 1/4 cup


Step 1

Heat brown sugar, castor sugar and salt together in a non-stick pan.

Step 2

Add fresh cream and mix well and cook till the sugars start melting.

Step 3

Add vanilla essence and maple syrup and mix well. Add walnut and mix well, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add butter and mix well.

Step 4

Spread the mixture in small roundels on a baking tray. Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set overnight.

Step 5

Taking the tray out of the refrigerator, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
