Watermelon and Rose Cubes A watermelon and rose cube drink could be a great summer beverage or a unique party treat. That sounds like a refreshing and intriguing combination! By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Watermelon and Rose Cubes Main Ingredients Watermelon balls, Rose syrup water Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients Watermelon balls as required 1½ cups rose syrup water Fresh mint leaves as required 2 cups white aerated lemon drink 2 teaspoons roasted cumin seeds Black salt to taste 1 teaspoon chaat masala Watermelon triangles for garnishing Method Put 2 watermelon balls and mint leaves in each ice tray mould. Pour the rose syrup water, cover and freeze for 3-4 hours. Put cumin seeds, black salt and chaat masala in a mortar and crush using a pestle into fine powder. Put 4-5 watermelon and rose cubes, ½ teaspoon crushed cumin seeds mixture, 3-4 torn mint leaves and ½ cup white aerated drink in each serving glass.
