Ingredients

  • Watermelon balls as required
  • 1½ cups rose syrup water
  • Fresh mint leaves as required
  • 2 cups white aerated lemon drink
  • 2 teaspoons roasted cumin seeds
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Watermelon triangles for garnishing

Method

  1. Put 2 watermelon balls and mint leaves in each ice tray mould. Pour the rose syrup water, cover and freeze for 3-4 hours. 
  2. Put cumin seeds, black salt and chaat masala in a mortar and crush using a pestle into fine powder. 
  3. Put 4-5 watermelon and rose cubes, ½ teaspoon crushed cumin seeds mixture, 3-4 torn mint leaves and ½ cup white aerated drink in each serving glass.
  4. Serve chilled garnished with watermelon triangles.
