White Egg Curry A simple yet delicious egg curry which as the name suggests is white and flavourful This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Egg Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for White Egg Curry 4 Eggs hard boiled and peeled 1 tablespoon Butter 1 tablespoon Oil 2 Medium onion ground 3 cups Milk to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon Sugar to garnish Fresh mint sprig Method Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. When butter melts, add onion paste and sauté, on medium heat, till onion turns golden. Add milk and mix well. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns, mix and cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture comes to a boil. Cook further till it reduces slightly. Halve the eggs vertically and add and mix gently. Add sugar, mix gently, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
