Ingredients

  • 1½ cups leftover aloo sabzi
  • Grated mixed cheese to sprinkle 
  • 4 white bread slices
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1½ tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley + to sprinkle
  • Black sesame seeds to sprinkle

Method

  1. Take leftover aloo sabzi in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and parsley and mix well.
  2. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  3. Arrange the bread slices on baking tray and spread the potato mixture evenly. 
  4. Sprinkle mixed cheese and bake in preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and parsley. Cut into halves and serve.
