Ingredients
·12-15 fresh basil leaves
·1½ cups whipping cream
·½ cup milk
·½ cup fresh cream
·⅓ cup condensed milk
·2 tbsps powdered sugar
·Fresh basil sprigs for garnish
Method
1.Whip whipping cream in a mixing bowl till soft peaks are formed.
2.Put basil leaves in a blender jar, add milk and blend to a coarse paste. Add this to the whipped cream. Add fresh cream, condensed milk and powdered sugar and mix well.
3.Transfer the mixture into an air tight container, cover it with a lid and place it in the freezer to freeze for 6-7 hours.
4.Place scoops of the icecream in serving bowls and serve garnished with basil sprigs.
