Cashew Butter Cashew butter is a simple recipe that is easy to make but is rich in taste. It can be served with toasted bread slices or even as a dressing or added to gravies to enrich them. Arrange cashewnuts on a baking tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven and roast for 10 minutes. Bring the tray out of the oven and transfer into a blender jar. Blend to a coarse powder. Scrape the sides of the blender jar, add oil, sea salt and honey and blend till smooth. Transfer the cashew butter into a bowl.
